Kerrace, Thanks so much its like a sargent calling the cells attention to line up to health. Kerrace every time you do a call I learn something life changing or experience something life changing. The first call results were like riding a wave of effortlessness moving forward.
The 2nd call I got illumination afterward and today I see[understand] there is a physical world and a nonphysical realm. the non physical realm is reality the physical is an illusion. because the spirit realm is the truth. They are both exist together on different frequencies right here right now. Now I just need to go to my heart space to live this out in my life and a practical example would be to remember this during the transition going on in the world now. The spirit realm is a safe place no matter what all is well a nd the only true emotion is love.

My healing session with Kerrace was absolutely worthwhile. With her
one-on-one guidance, I was able to explore more deeply down into one of the
big root causes of my chronic muscle tension (traumas from early childhood),
and how to use breathing and affirmations to at least temporarily calm
certain areas of my body. I had an “ah ha” moment when I was explaining to
her that I have already worked through all my past issues psychologically,
she let me know that doesn’t mean the emotions don’t still live on,
especially those of the frightened inner child. Another thing, I am coming
to realize that I don’t have to spend 20 minutes in “meditation” to have a
positive effect, sometimes just taking a minute or two to breathe and drop
the tension down makes enough of a difference. Kerrace helped me feel
