Through the Bigfish Strategies services we help you create the learning environment to support the implementation of the RippleFX systems.

Learning and Development

First we educate you on the fundamentals required to create a learning and development culture and then we will assist you with instructional design and curriculum development using the RippleFX methodology. After we develop your RippleFX program we give you the RippleFX tools to implement the program throughout your entire organization.

Consulting

We use the RippleFX framework to help you identify what you need and where you want to go at every level of your organizational learning and development initiatives and then we help you get to where you want to go.

Workshops

We provide you with several options to introduce you to the RippleFX process.

You can attend one of our public workshops and learn the fundamentals of the RippleFX process or we can customize and deliver the workshops in your workplace.

Coaching

During the implementation of your RippleFX program. If you find there are specific areas where you need additional support our one on one coaching program may be just what your looking for.
